Sheikh Jumaa was born in Tanzania and went to study religion in Kenya, when he returned to Dar us Salaam, he had been indoctrinated with the Wahabbi worldview at the hands of Sheikh Abdullah Nasir. Fortunately, he had come to meet Ayatollah Sayed Akthar Rizvi, who answered all of his misconceptions on the Shia and led him to the path of Tashayyu. He has written many untranslated books on Shia topics.
