Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.a) s\u00fcnnetine uyarak \u015fer\u2019\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00e7\u0131karmak, ortaya koymak i\u00e7in a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fu d\u00f6rt temel kaynaktan istifade etmektedir:<strong>1- Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>2- S\u00fcnnet<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"itemIntroText\">\n<p><strong>3- \u0130cma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4- Ak\u0131l<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en kaynaklar aras\u0131nda Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnneti, \u015eia f\u0131kh\u0131n\u0131n en temel kayna\u011f\u0131 konumundad\u0131r ve bu ikisi hakk\u0131nda k\u0131saca birka\u00e7 s\u00f6z etmek istiyoruz:<\/p>\n<h3>Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 Kur\u2019\u00e2n<\/h3>\n<p>\u015eia mektebinin takip\u00e7ileri, Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131, f\u0131k\u0131hlar\u0131n\u0131n en temel ve sa\u011flam kayna\u011f\u0131 ve il\u00e2h\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri tan\u0131ma \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc olarak kabul etmektedirler. Zira \u015eia imamlar\u0131, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n semav\u00ee kitab\u0131 olan Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131, f\u0131kh\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri elde etmek i\u00e7in en y\u00fcce kaynak olarak tan\u0131tm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u015e\u00f6yle ki her g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019a g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirilmeli ve Kur\u2019\u00e2n ile \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve uyu\u015ftu\u011fu takdirde kabul edilmelidir. Aksi takdirde ondan y\u00fcz \u00e7evrilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eia\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131nc\u0131 \u00f6nderi \u0130mam Cafer Sad\u0131k (a.s), bu konuda \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cKur\u2019\u00e2n ile uyumlu olmayan her s\u00f6z, temelsiz bir s\u00f6zd\u00fcr.\u201d[1]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yine \u0130mam Cafer Sad\u0131k (a.s), Hz. Peygamber\u2019den \u015f\u00f6yle nakletmektedir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cEy insanlar! Benden size gelen her s\u00f6z, e\u011fer Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131\u2019yla uyum i\u00e7indeyse, onu ben s\u00f6ylemi\u015fimdir; e\u011fer onunla uyum i\u00e7inde de\u011filse, onu ben s\u00f6ylememi\u015fimdir.\u201d[2]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu iki hadis, \u00e7ok net bir \u015fekilde \u015eia \u00f6nderlerinin nezdinde \u015fer\u2019\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri elde etmenin en sa\u011flam kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n semav\u00ee kitab\u0131 oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>S\u00fcnnet<\/h3>\n<p>Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (s.a.a) s\u00f6zleri, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve onaylar\u0131 anlam\u0131nda s\u00fcnnet, \u015eia f\u0131kh\u0131n\u0131n ikinci kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r ve Peygamber\u2019in Ehlibeyti\u2019nden olan imamlar, m\u00fcstakil olarak Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetinin ve ilimlerinin aktar\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 olarak kabul edilirler. Elbette Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00f6zleri, di\u011fer sa\u011flam yollardan elde edildi\u011fi takdirde de yine \u015eia taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada iki noktay\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmak ve incelemek gerekir:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.a) S\u00fcnnetine Sar\u0131lman\u0131n Delilleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eia \u0130mamlar\u0131, takip\u00e7ilerine Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019\u0131 tavsiye etmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, onlara Hz. Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.a) s\u00fcnnetini de tavsiye etmi\u015flerdir. Kitap ve s\u00fcnneti birlikte \u00f6vm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Nitekim \u0130mam Cafer Sad\u0131k (a.s) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSize bir s\u00f6z ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, e\u011fer Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131\u2019nda veya Peygamber\u2019in s\u00f6zlerinde onun bir kan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 bulursan\u0131z, kabul edin. Aksi takdirde o s\u00f6z, onu getiren kimseye daha l\u00e2y\u0131kt\u0131r.\u201d[3]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keza \u0130mam Muhammed B\u00e2k\u0131r (a.s), Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetine sar\u0131lmay\u0131, t\u00fcm \u015fartlar\u0131 haiz bir fakihin temel \u015fart\u0131 saym\u0131\u015f ve \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cGer\u00e7ek fakih, d\u00fcnyadan y\u00fcz \u00e7eviren, ahirete ra\u011fbet eden ve Peygamber\u2019in (s.a.a) s\u00fcnnetine sar\u0131lan kimsedir.\u201d[4]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eia\u2019n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nderleri, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnneti hakk\u0131nda i\u015fi o dereceye vard\u0131rm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r ki, Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetine muhalefeti, k\u00fcf\u00fcr sebebi olarak kabul etmi\u015flerdir. \u0130mam Cafer Sad\u0131k (a.s) bu konuda \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cHer kim, Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131\u2019na ve Muhammed\u2019in (s.a.a) s\u00fcnnetine muhalefet ederse, \u015f\u00fcphesiz k\u00e2fir olur.\u201d[5]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ki \u015eia, di\u011fer \u0130sl\u00e2m f\u0131rkalar\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetine de\u011fer vermekte ve \u015eia\u2019y\u0131, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetine itina g\u00f6stermemekle itham eden kimselerin s\u00f6zleri temelsiz ve mesnetsizdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Ehlibeyt\u2019in (a.s) Hadislerine Sar\u0131lman\u0131n Delilleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eia\u2019n\u0131n, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in Ehlibeyti\u2019nin (a.s) hadisleri hakk\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u015fu iki konuyu incelememiz gerekir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>a) Masum \u0130mamlar\u2019\u0131n hadislerinin mahiyeti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>b) Hz. Peygamber\u2019in Ehlibeyti\u2019ne sar\u0131lman\u0131n l\u00fczumu ve itibar\u0131n\u0131n delilleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>\u015eimdi apa\u00e7\u0131k deliller \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda s\u00f6z\u00fc fazla uzatmadan her iki konuyu incelemeye ge\u00e7elim:\u00a0\u00a0<strong>\u00a0Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (s.a.a) Hadislerinin Mahiyeti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eia a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sadece \u00e2lemlerin Rabbi olan Allah, insanl\u0131k toplumu i\u00e7in kanun koyma ve yasama hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Allah, mukaddes \u015feriat\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcm ve kanunlar\u0131n\u0131 Hz. Peygamber\u2019i vas\u0131tas\u0131yla t\u00fcm insanlara ula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve Allah Resul\u00fc insanlar ile Allah aras\u0131nda yegane vahiy ve yasama arac\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re, e\u011fer \u015eia, Ehlibeyt\u2019in hadislerini de kendi f\u0131kh\u0131n\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri kabul ediyorsa, bu, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnneti kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda onlara bir asalet ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir de\u011fer atfetti\u011fi anlam\u0131nda de\u011fildir. Bil\u00e2kis Ehlibeyt\u2019in hadislerinin itibar\u0131, Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (s.a.a) s\u00fcnnetini beyan etti\u011fi sebebiyledir.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, \u015eia\u2019n\u0131n Masum \u0130mamlar\u0131, kendilerinden bir s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylemezler. Onlar\u0131n s\u00f6yledikleri, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada bu s\u00f6z\u00fc ispat etmek i\u00e7in Ehlibeyt\u2019in baz\u0131 hadislerini aktarmay\u0131 uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz:<\/p>\n<p>1- \u0130mam Cafer Sad\u0131k (a.s), kendisine soru soran birine \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cSana verdi\u011fim her cevap, Hz. Peygamber\u2019dendir ve biz kendimizden bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylemeyiz.\u201d[6]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yine \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cBenim s\u00f6z\u00fcm, babam\u0131n (\u0130mam B\u00e2k\u0131r\u2019\u0131n), babam\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fc ise dedemin (\u0130mam Ali b. H\u00fcseyin\u2019in) s\u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Dedemin s\u00f6z\u00fc de H\u00fcseyin b. Ali\u2019nin, H\u00fcseyin\u2019in s\u00f6z\u00fc de Hasan b. Ali\u2019nin, Hasan\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fc de M\u00fcminlerin Emiri Ali\u2019nin, onun s\u00f6z\u00fc de Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn ve Allah Resul\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u00f6z\u00fc de Aziz ve Celil olan Allah\u2019\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr.\u201d[7]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130mam Muhammed B\u00e2k\u0131r (a.s), Cabir\u2019e \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cBabam, dedemden; o da Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019nden (s.a.a), o da Cebrail\u2019den (a.s), o da Aziz ve Celil olan Allah\u2019tan bana bildirmi\u015ftir. Benim sana s\u00f6yledi\u011fim her s\u00f6z bu senet iledir.\u201d[8]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu hadisler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetinden ibaret olan \u015eia \u0130mamlar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n hadislerinin mahiyeti a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fmu\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hz. Peygamber\u2019in Ehlibeyti\u2019ne Sar\u0131lman\u0131n L\u00fczumu ve \u0130tibar\u0131n\u0131n Delilleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015ei\u00ee ve S\u00fcnn\u00ee muhaddislerin naklettikleri \u00e7ok say\u0131daki hadislere g\u00f6re, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.a.), kendinden sonra iki de\u011ferli miras b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f, b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 bu iki miras\u0131na uymaya davet etmi\u015f, insanlar\u0131n hidayet ve saadetinin bu ikisine sar\u0131lman\u0131n tekelinde bulundu\u011funu ve s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen bu iki de\u011ferli miras\u0131n Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 Kur\u2019\u00e2n ile Peygamber\u2019in Ehlibeyti ve \u0130treti oldu\u011funu bildirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada \u00f6rnek olarak bu hadislerden baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 naklediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>1- Tirmiz\u00ee, kendi Sahih\u2019inde Cabir b. Abdullah Ensa-r\u00ee\u2019den Allah Resul\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn (s.a.v) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu rivayet etmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cEy insanlar, ben sizin aran\u0131zda, kendisine sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z m\u00fcddet\u00e7e asla sapmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131yorum: Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131\u2019n\u0131 ve itretim olan Ehlibeyt\u2019imi.\u201d[9]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2- Yine Tirmiz\u00ee, ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en kitab\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle yazmaktad\u0131r: Allah Resul\u00fc (s.a.v) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cBen sizin aran\u0131zda, kendisine sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z m\u00fcd-det\u00e7e bundan sonra asla sapmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131yorum ki, biri di\u011ferinden daha b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr: G\u00f6kte yere do\u011fru sark\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir ip olan Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ile itretim olan Ehlibeyt\u2019imi. Bu ikisi, havuzda yan\u0131ma gelinceye kadar asla birbirinden ayr\u0131lmazlar. Benden sonra bu ikisine nas\u0131l davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131za iyi bak\u0131n.\u201d[10]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3- M\u00fcslim b. Haccac, Sahih\u2019inde Hz. Peygamber\u2019in \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu nakletmektedir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cEy insanlar! Ben de bir be\u015ferim. Yak\u0131nda Allah\u2019\u0131n el\u00e7isi (Azrail) bana da gelecek ve ben ona icabet edece\u011fim. Ben, sizlere iki de\u011ferli \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131yorum. Onlar\u0131n birincisi, Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. Onda hidayet ve nur vard\u0131r. O h\u00e2lde Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131\u2019na sar\u0131l\u0131n.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peygamber, daha sonra insanlar\u0131 Kur\u2019\u00e2n\u2019a te\u015fvik etti ve \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: \u201c\u0130kincisi ise Ehlibeytimdir. Ehlibeytim hakk\u0131nda sizlere Allah\u2019\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131yorum. Ehlibeytim hakk\u0131nda sizlere Allah\u2019\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131yorum. Ehlibeytim hakk\u0131nda sizlere Allah\u2019\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131yorum.\u201d[11]<\/p>\n<p>4- Bir grup muhaddis, Hz. Peygamber\u2019in \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu rivayet etmi\u015flerdir:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201c\u015e\u00fcphesiz ben sizlere iki de\u011ferli emanet b\u0131rak\u0131yorum. Bunlar, Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Ehlibeyt\u2019imdir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz onlar, havuzda yan\u0131ma gelinceye kadar asla birbirinden ayr\u0131lmazlar.\u201d[12]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hat\u0131rlatmak gerekir ki, bu konudaki hadisler burada zikredilemeyecek kadar \u00e7oktur. B\u00fcy\u00fck ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 Seyyid Mir Hamid H\u00fcseyin, bu hadisin senetlerini Abeka-t\u2019ul-Envar adl\u0131 alt\u0131 ciltlik kitab\u0131nda bir araya toplam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Mezkur hadislerden a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Hz. Peygamber\u2019in s\u00fcnnetinin yan\u0131nda, Peygamber\u2019in Ehlibeyti\u2019ne sar\u0131lmak ve onlara uymak, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n zarur\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden biridir.
