Hille \u00f6\u011frenci ve alimleri, \u015eiilerin mercilik g\u00f6revine lay\u0131k biri i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucunda Allame Hilli\u2019nin bu \u00f6nemli g\u00f6reve uygun oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. B\u00f6ylece Allame 28 ya\u015f\u0131nda \u015eiilerin mercilik g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Allame Hilli, \u00fcst\u00fcn bilgi ve faziletinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc\u00a0Ayetullah\u00a0olarak an\u0131lan ilk ki\u015fidir.<sup id=\"cite_ref-4\" class=\"reference\">[4]<\/sup>\u00a0\u0130bn-i Hacer Askalani (vefat: h.k 852) onu \u201cAyetun fi\u2019z-Zuka\u201d olarak anm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<sup id=\"cite_ref-5\" class=\"reference\">[5]<\/sup>\u00a0\u015eerefuddin \u015eulistani, \u015eeyh Bahauddin Amuli ve Molla\u00a0Muhammed Bak\u0131r Meclisi\u00a0kendi \u00f6\u011frencilerine yazd\u0131klar\u0131 izin belgelerinde Allame Hilli\u2019den \u201cAyetullah fi\u2019l-Alemin\u201d unvan\u0131yla s\u00f6z etmi\u015flerdir.<sup id=\"cite_ref-6\" class=\"reference\">[6]<\/sup><\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"\u0130ran'a_Gidi\u015fi\"><\/span><span id=\".C4.B0ran.27a_Gidi.C5.9Fi\" class=\"mw-headline\">\u0130ran&#8217;a Gidi\u015fi<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Allame Hilli\u2019nin\u00a0\u0130ran\u2019a hangi tarihte giri\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda kesin bir bilgi bulunmamaktad\u0131r. Ancak muhtemelen hicri kameri 705 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra Sultan Muhammed Hudabende\u2019nin iste\u011fi \u00fczerine \u0130ran&#8217;a gitmi\u015ftir. Sultan Muhammed Hudabende \u0130lhanl\u0131 padi\u015fahlar\u0131ndand\u0131r. Allame\u2019nin \u0130ran\u2019a giri\u015f ortam\u0131n\u0131 Tacuddin Avi (veya Avci) haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f<sup id=\"cite_ref-7\" class=\"reference\">[7]<\/sup>\u00a0ve Allame \u0130ran&#8217;a girdikten sonra Hac\u0131 Nizamuddin Abdulmelik Meragei gibi Ehlis\u00fcnnetin d\u00f6rt mezhebinin alimleri ile m\u00fcnazarada bulunmu\u015ftur. Allame bu m\u00fcnazarada\u00a0\u0130mam Ali\u2019nin (a.s)\u00a0velayet\u00a0ve\u00a0imametini\u00a0ve \u015eia mezhebinin hakkaniyetini padi\u015fah\u0131n huzurunda ispatlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Allame Hilli toplant\u0131ya ayakkab\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 koltuk alt\u0131na alarak girer ve sultana selam verdikten sonra sultan\u0131n yan\u0131na oturur. Allame\u2019ye neden sultan\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde e\u011filmedi\u011fini (r\u00fcku \u015feklinde) ve tazimde bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorarlar. Allame \u015fu cevab\u0131 verir: \u201cHz. Resul\u00fc Ekrem (s.a.a) sultanlar\u0131n sultan\u0131yd\u0131 ve halk (onun \u00f6n\u00fcnde e\u011filmez) ona selam verirdi. Bunun \u00fczerine orada bulunan Hanefi mezhebi alimleri\u00a0Ebu Hanife\u2019nin\u00a0Hz. Resul\u00fc Ekrem\u00a0(s.a.a) zaman\u0131nda ya\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek itiraz etmeye ba\u015flarlar. Bu itirazlar\u0131 duyan Allame Hilli \u015f\u00f6yle devam eder: \u201cYan\u0131ld\u0131m, sanki\u00a0\u015eafii\u00a0bu i\u015fi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u201d. Bu konu\u015fma \u015eafii\u2019ler,\u00a0Hanbeli\u00a0ve Maliki\u2019ler hakk\u0131nda da b\u00f6yle devam eder. Mezhepler, onun vefat\u0131ndan y\u00fcz veya daha sonraki senelerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u201d der.)<\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra Allame Hilli Sultan\u2019a d\u00f6nerek \u015f\u00f6yle der: \u201cAlimlerin itiraflar\u0131n\u0131 duydunuz. Mezhep imamlar\u0131n\u0131n hi\u00e7birinin Hz. Peygamber (s.a.a) zaman\u0131nda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ettiler. O halde imamlar\u0131n\u00a0i\u00e7tihatlar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0kayna\u011f\u0131 nedir?\u201d. Bunun \u00fczerine Olcaytu orada bulunan alimlere: \u201cPeygamber ve\u00a0sahabe\u00a0d\u00f6neminde mezheplerden hi\u00e7biri yok muydu?\u201d diye sorar. Alimler: \u201cHay\u0131r, yoktu.\u201d derler. Allame Hill\u00ee: \u201cBiz mezhebimizi\u00a0Hz. Ali\u2019den (a.s), Peygamber\u2019in can\u0131, karde\u015fi, amcao\u011flu ve vasisinden; ondan sonra da evlad\u0131ndan al\u0131yoruz\u201d der ve m\u00fcnazaran\u0131n devam\u0131nda bir konu\u015fma yapar ve sultan bu m\u00fcnazaran\u0131n sonunda\u00a0\u015eia\u00a0olur.<sup id=\"cite_ref-11\" class=\"reference\">[11]<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Allame Hilli, Sultan Muhammed Hudabende\u2019nin vefat\u0131na kadar\u00a0\u0130ran\u2019da kalm\u0131\u015f ve \u015eii maarif ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yay\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. F\u0131khi bir meseleden s\u00f6z a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131nca Allame \u015fahs\u0131n verdi\u011fi cevab\u0131 reddederek \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u201cHadislerde bu konuya i\u015faret eden herhangi bir delil yoktur.\u201d O \u015fah\u0131s \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u201c\u015eeyh Tusi\u00a0&#8220;Tehzib&#8221; kitab\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu sayfas\u0131nda konuyla ilgili hadis nakletmi\u015ftir. Bu s\u0131rada Allame&#8217;nin bastonu (veya k\u0131rbac\u0131) elinden yere d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. O sayg\u0131n \u015fah\u0131s e\u011filerek bastonu (veya k\u0131rbac\u0131) yerden al\u0131p Allameye uzatarak \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: \u201c\u0130mam Zaman\u2019\u0131n (a.f) eli senin elinde olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen nas\u0131l olur da onu g\u00f6rmezsin!\u201d Allame gayri ihtiyari kendini\u00a0\u0130mam Zaman\u2019\u0131n (a.f) ayaklar\u0131na atarak kendinden ge\u00e7ti.
